Can I use my own domain?
Your Relay page lives at relay.ly/your-business for free. On higher tiers you can connect a custom domain.
Can I edit my page after it's generated?
Yes — the Website section of your dashboard lets you edit your page copy and photos, then publish the changes.
What if my trade isn't listed?
New playbooks ship all the time. Claim your link, pick the closest trade, and reach out — we'll build yours.
Payments & pricing
Do I need my own Stripe or Square?
Yes — and that's the point. Payments run through your own account, so money goes straight to you. Relay is the glue, never the middleman.
What does it cost?
Start free — a branded page and checkout at no cost. You only pay for capabilities you switch on, like scheduling, messaging, or crews.
Does Relay take a cut of my jobs?
No. Your own Stripe or Square standard processing fees apply, and every dollar goes straight to you.
How do deposits and no-show protection work?
You set a deposit — flat or percentage — collected at booking. Customers who have money down show up; when they don't, you've been paid for the slot.
Messaging & reminders
How do customers get reminders?
Relay sends automatic confirmations and reminders by text and email. Until you connect your own number, messages go out “via Relay.”
Can Relay request reviews for me?
Yes — after a job wraps, Relay sends a review request automatically, so your reputation grows without you chasing it.
Will I know the moment a lead comes in?
Yes — every new lead pings your phone the second it lands, with the details attached.

Is my customers' data safe?
Customer contact details are encrypted at rest under a per-business key, with strict tenant isolation. We store only what a booking needs.
